Seller Terms & Conditions

Effective date: February 04, 2026

1. Account & Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate shop details (name, address, city, state).
  • Only one seller account per business is allowed.
  • Admin approval is required before listings go live.

2. Listings & Compliance

  • All products must comply with local laws and platform policies.
  • Provide truthful pricing, stock, and descriptions; no prohibited items.
  • Images must be your own or licensed for use.

3. Orders, Delivery & COD

  • Accept/fulfil orders within promised timelines; COD remittances follow platform schedule.
  • Delivery personnel assigned by you must follow platform SOPs and verify handover.
  • Free-delivery thresholds and charges you set must be honored at checkout.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Platform may charge subscriptions or fees as per active plan; you will be notified of changes.
  • Taxes are your responsibility; provide valid GST details where applicable.

5. Conduct & Data

  • No spamming customers; use customer data only for order fulfilment.
  • Platform may suspend accounts for fraud, policy violations, or poor performance.

6. Disputes & Updates

  • Disputes are resolved per platform support process; decisions may be final.
  • Terms may be updated; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
